While there is no specific formula to calculate spousal support in Michigan, the team at WDA understands the 12 evaluating factors that determine this and how it's presented properly in the courtroom.
Asset Division
Ideally, divorcing couples would agree on how to fairly divide assets acquired during the marriage. The reality is, that's not likely going to be the case, making it necessary for a court to step in and decide how to distribute property.

Taking time to create a legal agreement can sometimes solve issues before they start. The team at WDA can help you determine what details are necessary to create your Pre Nuptial or Post Nuptial agreement.
